School of Shimmy: Introduction to LYRA with INDIA SKY

Come fly at the Center for Sex and Culture! In this workshop participants will learn tricks, holds, inversions and spins on Aerial Lyra, working up to a short sequence. This workshop is designed for beginners and those with some aerial experience. Wear comfortable gym clothing including leggings or sweats that cover the back of the knee.

All classes are open to students of any age or gender who want to shake it on stage or in the bedroom. No previous dance or performance experience is required.
